About the role

We are seeking a vibrant Receptionist to join our team at Mont Albert Physiotherapy and DMA Clinical Pilates in Mont Albert, VIC. This is a casual role with the opportunity to go Permanent part-time to support our thriving physiotherapy practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling and confirming appointments

Maintaining an organised and efficient reception area

Providing administrative support to the physiotherapy team as required

Ensuring all patient records and information are accurately maintained

Open and close clinic per set procedure

Fill in roster when staff is away on holidays and sick leave

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in using computer systems and standard office software

Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Must be available to for morning 8am - 1.30pm, afternoon shifts 1.30pm - 7.15pm and some Saturdays.
