The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and personable front desk team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting deadlines, and brings a great sense of humour to work.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone.

Manage reception operations including scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing using Nookal.

Provide accurate information about services and book appropriate appointments.

Maintain up-to-date and organised patient records, including document scanning and data entry.

Handle billing, receipting, and follow-up on aged receivables.

Manage incoming referrals, WorkCover/TAC correspondence, and administrative emails.

Support Therapists and Surgeons with administrative tasks as required.

Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organised, and welcoming.

Follow established procedures and quickly adapt to new ones as needed.

Assist with other reception duties as directed by management.

Previous experience with patient booking software (Nookal experience is highly advantageous).
