About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Get Set Physio Pty Ltd in Doncaster East, Victoria. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding healthcare environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing a warm and welcoming reception experience for clients and visitors

Handling patient enquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information in our database

Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry

Supporting the wider team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner

We are looking for a driven & passionate individual who provides our clients with superior treatment & care. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance, but having fun is also. Food brings our team together over lunch or afternoon tea. Mention the word 'popcorn' in your cover letter creatively for bonus points!

Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including medical practice management systems (Cliniko experience would be great!)
