Synaco by Synergie is on the hunt for skilled Boilermaker / Welders to join our client's team in Wingfield! Work with a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel components
• Fabricate and assemble agricultural equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Overhead crane experience (preferred but not essential)

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay Rates & Benefits:

• Casual Pay Rate: Day Shift: $36 - $40 per hour, with possible higher rates for highly experienced candidates
