Join Our Expert Team – Rigging & Boilermaking Professionals Wanted

LTM CO Pty Ltd is a proudly South Australian company based in Blakeview, dedicated to delivering excellence across major construction projects Australia-wide. We are built on a foundation of safety, efficiency, innovation, and quality, and we’re expanding.

We’re currently seeking experienced Intermediate Riggers and Boilermaker Welders to join us as subcontractors or casual multi-skilled team members, with immediate starts available.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you will bring:

Current Driver’s Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

DG Dogging licence

Valid Rigging Ticket (Basic or Intermediate)

Certificate III in Fabrication & Engineering (preferred)

Strong structural steel rigging experience – essential

Extensive knowledge of steel erection – mandatory

Working at Heights & EWP Ticket

Willingness to work 5–6 days per week, 10–12-hour days including night shifts

Sound safety mindset and ability to work collaboratively

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Physically fit and target-driven

Strong planning and task coordination skills

National Police Clearance and agreement to drug & alcohol testing

Desirable (but not required):

LF Forklift licence

Coxswain or Master 5 Certification

Experience as Site Boilermaker / Welder

CN or C6 Crane licence
