An established and reputable Australian-owned business is seeking a Payroll/AP Officer to join their close-knit finance team. With a strong presence in the Sydney market and decades of operational success, this business offers long-term stability and the opportunity to grow your payroll and accounts skillset. Their office is based in the Inner South and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

The Role

In this full-time, onsite position, you will support payroll and finance operations, gaining valuable exposure across multiple functions.
Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing for around 200–300 employees (weekly and monthly)
• Supporting the implementation of a new payroll and time & attendance system
• Coding and processing invoices for accounts payable
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and basic finance reporting
• Month-end admin support and data entry
• General finance tasks and ad-hoc project assistance

About You

You may be early in your payroll career or transitioning from accounts admin into payroll. You’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and confident working in a structured, fast-paced team. Any exposure to payroll software or accounts payable is highly regarded.

What’s on Offer

• $70,000 - $75,000 + super
