Our leading real estate office in Beerwah is seeking a motivated Entry Level Trainee Property Manager to join our supportive and energetic team. What You'll Be Doing:
. Completing day to day tasks with dedicated training and support
. Advertise rental properties and conduct open homes
. Screen rental applications and prepare lease agreements
. Easily complete condition reports, final inspections, and routine inspections with the latest 360 camera technology
. Communicating effectively with tenants and landlords
. Administration including maintenance requests and bonds

What We're Looking For:
. A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or currently enrolled in training/willing to enrol)
. A valid driver's licence
. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills.
. The ability to multi-task and stay organised.
Experience is not essential – we're more interested in your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed!
