Located at the South Melbourne Market, Smithburg is a casual All-Day-Diner that makes the most of fresh market produce and the creativity of our chefs. About you

We want an up and coming chef that is keen to take their next step into our busy and creative casual food restaurant. You love food, love to learn, and have demonstrated an ability to execute on busy shifts with a full rail of dockets. Extra points for holding a current position where you lead shifts and have extra responsibilities like creating prep lists, leading prep and ordering stock.
