We’re seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our high-performing People and Culture team. In this strategic and fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business to deliver workforce solutions that support our vision and purpose.
Your impact:
- Partner with managers to provide trusted, practical and strategic HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
- Support the delivery of workforce plans and organisational change initiatives that enable high-performing teams and an engaged workforce.
- Lead and influence outcomes in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations and policy interpretation.
- Build strong relationships and coach leaders to navigate workforce challenges and manage change with confidence.
- Contribute to strategic people initiatives that support organisational transformation and help us deliver on our purpose: enabling South Australians, local industries and communities to prosper.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role, ideally within a large or public sector organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of HR legislation, industrial instruments and public sector frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build credibility across all levels.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with sound judgement and attention to detail.

Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply via the Department of Human Services (DHS).
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- Out of hours work may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the departments Performance Development Program.
