As their new People & Culture Business Partner, you'll help shape the workforce of tomorrow - driving cultural transformation, organisational design, and strategic change from the inside out.

What you'll be doing:
In this role, you won't just "partner" - you'll influence, lead, and deliver. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll translate big-picture goals into real, people-focused strategies. Expect variety, autonomy, and high-level exposure.

✨ Your key focus areas will include:

Leading workforce planning and organisational design projects

Delivering high-impact HR initiatives and change programs

Coaching and advising senior leaders through complex people challenges

Supporting transformation in a heavily regulated, high-stakes setting

You'll thrive here if you have:
✔ Solid HR business partnering experience - ideally in defence, engineering, or complex commercial environments
✔ A sharp commercial lens and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
✔ Hands-on experience delivering strategic change, culture programs, and structure reviews
✔ Strong ER/IR understanding and a love for tackling tricky people problems with a strategic edge
