The Opportunity:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a vibrant and supportive environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, with a strong focus on administrative excellence and proactive recruitment. You’ll manage key tasks and systems to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle. From actively sourcing and coordinating recruitment efforts to onboarding and maintaining accurate employee records, your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and other departments, managing confidential documentation and supporting compliance to help keep our team running seamlessly.

You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, manage key tasks, and oversee essential HR systems. If you excel in an organised environment and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

This position is currently based in Parkside. Please be advised that Junction is building a new head office in the Tonsley precinct, with plans to relocate in early 2026. Candidates should be aware of this upcoming transition.

You Will Need To:
