About the Position:

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Paralegal to support their legal professionals across a broad spectrum of practice areas including family law, criminal defence, commercial transactions, and litigation. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to be on the front line of legal practice—no two days are the same.

You will be a key part of the firm’s engine room, offering high-level support to lawyers while contributing directly to file progression and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of family law, criminal, commercial, and litigation matters
• Draft general correspondence, court documents, and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research and compile analysis for use in matters
• Maintain and organise case files across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage client communications via phone, mail, and email
• Prepare documentation for legal meetings and draft relevant legal forms
• Provide high-quality administrative and legal support to the professional team
• Liaise with clients, demonstrating strong service and communication skills

• Previous paralegal experience across multiple legal practice areas
• Sound knowledge of legal documentation and court filing procedures
