About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Back of House Manager to oversee stock operations at a high-performing Harbour Town store. In this key support role, you'll lead the BOH team, manage merchandise flow, and ensure operational excellence in line with company standards. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, and process all within a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Back of House team to ensure accurate and efficient stock processing

Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise, including tagging, markdowns, and floor readiness

Maintain stockroom organisation and uphold audit compliance standards

Monitor shrinkage and loss prevention, completing reports and investigations as required

Partner with the Store Manager on training, scheduling, and team development

Support accurate stocktakes and resolve discrepancies throughout the year

Ensure all BOH operations align with the store's trading priorities and customer focus

Skills & Experience

Experience in back-of-house or stockroom operations within a high-volume retail environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a team

Detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing stock systems and reporting

Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities

A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism
