YOU ARE

Experienced in civil works (sewer, water, or stormwater)

Comfortable leading Team of engineers, Senior Team Leaders & Middle Management.

Experienced in procurement of work & Tendering for projects

Not scared of building structure in a business that’s grown fast

Professional enough to deal with clients + family stakeholders

Hands-on enough to jump in a ute and hit site if needed
