Robo's Tyreworks is part of the Robo's Group.

We are a local family-owned Business & have been in the Automotive industry now for over 30 years, servicing the local community of Rockhampton, Gracemere & surrounds.

We comprise of the following Businesses = Tom Leyden's Tyre & Mechanical, Robo's Tyreworks, Robo's Motorworks, Fulcrum Suspension Rockhampton/Active Gear & CQ manual Gearbox.

At Robo's Tyreworks we have a real focus on providing quality products and exceptional service to our local customers, and supporting our local communities & small businesses.

We are looking for a qualified Mechanic who is happy to work for a small Tyre & Mechanical business & is happy to continue teaching & supervising our 3rd year apprentice whilst carrying out their own work.

Qualifications & experience

Be a Trade qualified Mechanic.

Tasks & responsibilities

Carry out Mechanical jobs as required.

Liase with service advisor/parts advisor to find best outcomes to quote, carry out & complete jobs.

Oversee 3rd year apprentice's work & continue to train our 3rd year apprentice

Pick up and drop off customers & parts when required.

Be punctual & presentable.

Be able to work well in a team environment which includes Tyrefitters.

Working Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday. There is Saturday work available at overtime rates if wanted.
