Permanent Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

The Emerald Tree Psychological Therapies and EAP Services is on the lookout for a passionate Psychologist/Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our vibrant psychological wellbeing and EAP clinic.

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days/week) — and it might just be your dream job!

🌿 About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about therapeutic counselling, EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), trauma-informed care, and/or disability support. You’ll join a team that truly loves what they do.

This role includes:

A steady caseload of motivated clients

Standard clinical responsibilities, minus the corporate red tape

The opportunity to grow into a senior role

Minimal meetings, no tedious reports and endless reporting – just meaningful, values-driven work

You’ll also play a key role in our clinic community – we’re after someone who can engage warmly, network confidently, and help make our clients feel truly welcome and supported.

✅ What You’ll Need

Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (Clinical endorsement welcome but not essential)

Eligibility for Medicare billing

Proven experience in counselling/therapy – private practice preferred

A warm, grounded, and professional presence

Commitment to ethical, person-centred, culturally inclusive practice
