We're seeking a Senior Psychologist 2-3 days per week to lead our growing Geelong clinic!

At Q Psychology we offer general psychological therapy, autism, ADHD, cognitive, and academic/achievement assessments, gender-affirming services, and regional service delivery. Led by our Senior Researcher, Q Psychology has a research division with an active research program and several current projects underway (in association with Deakin university).

About the role

Our new Senior Psychologist will join our Senior Management Team and lead our Geelong clinic. They will be responsible for supporting clinicians and employees, providing supervision, and overseeing the general operations and continued growth of our Geelong clinic.

Supporting and developing the growth of our Geelong clinic, including contributing to strategic planning and autonomy in management decision-making.

About you

You're ready to join an inclusive workplace and lead a growing team! You may already be a Senior Psychologist or looking to take on a senior role as the next step in your career journey. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of the clinical, ethical, and professional matters related to the practice of psychology and will be ready to take on a management role.

Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology.

Registration as a psychologist with AHPRA and eligibility for Medicare rebates.

Board approved supervisor status.

Minimum 4 years of general registration.

Skills in various psychological therapies (training in a comprehensive therapy beyond CBT and ACT, such as schema therapy, DBT, EMDR, CAT, etc. will be highly regarded).

Experience in supporting neurodivergent young people will be highly regarded.

Training and experience in assessments will be highly regarded.
