We’re Mindspace Psychology — a vibrant, well-established team of Psychologists offering therapy and psychological assessments under the leadership of our Director, Dr Gorica Boskovski. We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team, bring their clinical expertise, and contribute to our collaborative culture.

Our clinic is based in the leafy, family-friendly suburb of Beaconsfield, VIC. With 7 sunlit, climate-controlled therapy rooms, a group therapy and assessment space, and a dedicated boardroom-style “team hub,” the space is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and professional for both clients and clinicians. There’s ample free parking and great cafes just around the corner.

We provide therapy for all ages and a wide range of presentations. Thanks to our detailed triage process, clients are thoughtfully matched to clinicians based on their experience, interests, and clinical style — allowing you to work with your ideal caseload.

Our full-time admin team supports your day-to-day needs and ensures your clients feel cared for every step of the way, under the leadership of our Practice Support Lead.

What We Offer

Flexible Work Options – Minimum 3 days per week up to full-time. Choose from morning (8am) or afternoon (1pm) shifts — or let’s tailor a schedule that suits you.

Tailored Caseload – Focus on therapy, assessments, or a blend of both.

Assessment Support – Access to an extensive testing library (e.g. ADOS, ADI-R, WISC, WAIS, WIAT, Connors, Vinelands, and more) and full training provided.

Clinical Supervision – Ongoing guidance and mentoring from Dr Gorica Boskovski and her team of Board Approved, Senior Psychologists

Leadership Opportunity – As a Senior Psychologist, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and supervise early career and provisional psychologists.

Supervision of Supervisors – You’ll receive regular supervision from the leadership team, to support your own development as a leader and supervisor.

Admin & Operational Support – Focus on clients while our admin team manages referrals, bookings, and billing and all things admin using best practice software systems, AI & the most advanced templates and tech apps to make life easier.

Who We’re Looking For

AHPRA Registered Psychologist with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience

Board-Approved Supervisor or willing to complete Board-approved training (associated training costs to be covered for the successful candidate)

Passionate about supporting provisional and early career psychologists

Confident working with children, adolescents and/or adults across a variety of presentations

Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate care

Open to structured shifts (8am or 1pm start), with flexibility where needed

A team player who values collaboration, integrity, and client-centred work

Meet Our Director

Dr Gorica Boskovski is the founder of Mindspace Psychology, a working mum of three boys, and a dedicated “soccer mum” who knows the importance of work-life balance. She divides her time between a small case load and managing the day-to-day operations of the practice. Known for her down-to-earth, supportive leadership style, Gorica is approachable, hands-on, and always available to her team. Backed by an Executive Assistant, Practice Support Lead and full-time practice support staff, she prioritises creating a workplace where clinicians feel genuinely supported, valued, and inspired to be the best Psychologists they can be.
