As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable and driven Operations Manager to oversee our team, manage day-to-day workflows, and help take the business to the next level.

The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Operations Manager to coordinate our consulting team, communicate with clients, and help drive productivity, client satisfaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand arboricultural terms and services to confidently provide basic information to clients.

Communicate with clients via phone and email to manage bookings, resolve queries, and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate and support a team of consulting arborists—manage schedules, workloads, and quality of work.

Send quotes and invoices using Xero.

Manage internal workflows to ensure deadlines are met and jobs are delivered efficiently.

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, productivity and expand the company's client base.

Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Utilise trained staff to assist in specialist duties

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proven leadership or team coordination experience (consulting or trades-based industries preferred).

Client-focused mindset with a passion for service delivery.

Familiarity with Xero (or similar software).

Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar software).

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

A proactive, adaptable attitude and a team-first approach.

Experience in the arboriculture or environmental industry (desirable but not essential).
