About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and supporting a workforce of around 170 staff across SA, you will be the go-to HR professional responsible for:
Recruitment and workforce planning
Employee lifecycle management
Learning & development coordination
Culture, engagement and retention initiatives
Generalist HR support and advice to leaders and staff

What We're Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or demonstrated equivalent experience
Strong generalist HR knowledge, including Awards, IR, and WHS frameworks
Confidence to work independently while partnering effectively with leaders and teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and warmth
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR or Business Partner role
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms)
Must have valid Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or applicable visa)
AHRI certification or working towards certification preferred
Experience in aged care, disability services, or related community services sector highly regarded
Salary: $110,000 – $115,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
