Our office is based locally in Two Rocks, and we specialise in Buying, Selling & Managing Investment properties along the northern coastal corridor up to Guilderton.

We are growing rapidly and need another Property Manager to join our team, you must possess:

A current Property Management Registration & CPD Points

Current driver’s license

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Property tree software knowledge preferred but not essential

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Impeccable personal presentation

Ability to work under pressure

Must have a good attitude & be a team player

A minimum of 2 years' experience running your own portfolio

You will be responsible for all day-to-day tasks and duties involved in running a tidy, successful portfolio of approx. 90+ properties end to end and assisting in the growth of the portfolio, with no Trust Accounting, PCR's outsourced, working alongside two additional Property Managers.

This position is Monday to Friday and includes mobile phone and use of company car. Salary by negotiation based on experience, start ASAP!
