What You'll Be Doing: As a Property Manager at Porter Matthews Metro, you will be responsible for:

Managing and maintaining a portfolio from start to finish with support from your Head of Department, and Assistant Property Manager. The options for portfolio sizes are currently flexible due to our growth and dependent on experience.

Conducting routine property inspections and final inspections

Overseeing property maintenance tasks with lease renewals and rent reviews

Organising and conducting home opens, completing the leasing process

Property Condition Reports (PCRs) with the newest technology including 360AI, no Business Development Management (BDM)

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tradespeople

Systems we currently use - Property Tree - Inspect Real Estate - Inspection Express - VaultRE - Office 365

What You Need: To excel in this role, you should possess:

A minimum of 1 year of property management experience

A current Property Management or Sales Registration

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Proven experience in managing and responding to a wide range of customer inquiries and meeting deadlines

Strong communication skills with the ability to establish lasting relationships

Familiarity with Property Tree is preferable

An ability to work effectively in a team environment

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to seek assistance when necessary

A positive can-do attitude
