The In-House Inspection Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, maintenance, and overall quality of properties managed by the Company. This position involves conducting regular inspections of residential properties to identify any issues or concerns and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs. The Inspection Agent ensures that properties meet regulatory requirements, adhere to company standards, and provide a positive experience for tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Routine Inspection: Perform regular inspections of properties managed by our Property Manager per the reoccurrence outlined in the management agreement.
• Identify Maintenance Issues: Assess the conditions of properties during inspections and identify any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns that require attention.
• Document Inspection Findings: Document inspection findings accurately and comprehensively. including photographs and detailed notes, using digital inspection tools and software. This reports then need to be sent to the Clients within the allocated timeframe outlined by the Office Manager.
• Communicate Inspection Results: Communicate inspection results to property owners, landlords, and tenants promptly and professionally, providing recommendations for corrective action as needed. Issuing the appropriate notices where applicable.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 12 months of Property Management experience, preferred
• Ambition and drive for success coupled with a customer-centric mindset
• Registration required
• Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills
• Experience and knowledge of Console and Inspect Real Estate are advantageous
