We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative E-commerce & Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit team at Humidity – an established, growing fashion brand based in Dunsborough, in the stunning Margaret River region of Western Australia.

About The Role

This is a dynamic, multifaceted role suited to someone with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, particularly Shopify. You’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our digital presence, with a focus on both local and international markets. We are looking for someone who will bring a love of content creation to every post or story, build brand presence and directly connect with the audience.

As we continue to evolve, you’ll also be helping us integrate AI tools and solutions into our systems — boosting efficiency and driving smart, sustainable growth. You will be given the opportunity to offer input to the brands direction as well as build your garment and fitting knowledge in order to directly influence and drive sales .

We’re a small, friendly, supportive team who work hard but love to laugh. You will collaborate with an e-commerce assistant and the creative director. Loads of support will be offered in the early stages while you are establishing an understanding of the brand and our systems. After this phase, we anticipate you driving creative concepts to grow and elevate the brand. The pace is fast, the work is meaningful and the views after hours are unbeatable!

Key responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day processing of web orders and ensure timely fulfillment

Maintain and update our Shopify website, including seasonal uploads and content improvements

Plan, schedule and create engaging social media content across platforms and directly connect with the audience

Develop and manage Meta Ads ,Google analytics and other marketing campaigns

Analyze and optimize digital and social performance metrics. Stay on top of trends , competitors and platform updates

Assist with photoshoots –catalogue concepting and content capture

Support influencer marketing and outreach

Work alongside our ecommerce assistant to respond to customer enquiries and keep systems organized

Create EDMs and coordinate content calendars

Research and implement AI-driven tools to improve business processes

Coordinate inventory maintenance and stock reordering

Collaborate with the wider team on branding, customer journey and UX enhancements

Help us build and execute strategies to grow international web sales

Essential skills & experience

Min 4 years in digital marketing / e-commerce (fashion experience highly regarded)

Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Instagram, Klaviyo, Canva, Later, Capcut, Photoshop

Strong knowledge of customer journeys, marketing funnels, and ad optimization

Intermediate experience with MS Office, Outlook

Photo and video editing skills a bonus

Experience with influencer coordination and content planning

Able to work independently and show initiative

Strong organizational and time management skills

A warm, positive and collaborative attitude
