We specialise in digital marketing and partner with a diverse portfolio of clients across retail, fashion, health and beauty, and not-for-profits. As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll work across a range of high-performing accounts and play a key role in planning, launching, and optimising campaigns. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers to deliver results-driven media buying across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
Own the entire campaign lifecycle — from setup and testing to reporting and scaling.
Audience Targeting & Creative Input
Define and test audience segments, placements, and creative angles to maximise ROI.
Brief designers on ad creative concepts, hooks, and format requirements.
Performance Optimisation
Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply real-time optimisations to drive conversions and reduce CPA.
Manage budgets effectively across funnel stages: acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
Analytics & Reporting
Report on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV using GA4, Looker Studio, and native platform dashboards.
Use insights to improve future campaign strategies and performance.
Innovation & Collaboration
Stay up to date with platform changes, ad formats, and trends across paid social and search.
Work alongside our SEO, content, and design teams to align messaging and maximise conversions.
Client Growth & Support
Contribute to client strategy sessions and performance reviews.
Assist in building internal marketing campaigns for Clue’s own lead generation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a digital agency or eCommerce brand.
Demonstrated success managing and scaling Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns.
Deep understanding of paid media funnels and digital ad platforms.
Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform attribution tools.
Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or eCommerce CRO tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
