Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Special Counsel – Property & Commercial to take on a leadership role, mentoring junior lawyers while handling high-value transactions and advisory work. With a structured pathway to Partnership, this is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a firm that values expertise and leadership.

The Opportunity:

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Property and Commercial matters, including:

• Property transactions – large-scale acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects
• Commercial contracts – drafting and negotiating business agreements, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
• Business structuring & advisory – advising SMEs and corporate clients on asset protection and risk management
• Mergers & acquisitions – handling business sales, due diligence, and corporate transactions
• Property finance & securities – assisting clients with structured lending and mortgage matters

As a Special Counsel - Property & Commercial Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers, oversee complex matters, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

About You:

This role is ideal for an experienced SeniorProperty & Commercial Lawyer who:

• Has 8+ years PAE in property and commercial law (private practice preferred)
• Wants a clear pathway to Partner in a growing national firm
• Possesses strong technical skills in property transactions, commercial contracts, and business structuring
• Enjoys mentoring and developing junior lawyers within a high-performing team
• Ability to achieve billable targets
• Thrives in a professional, collaborative, and growing legal practice
