About the Opportunity

We’ve partnered with a well-established Tier 2 builder delivering a new $200M high-spec residential development in Sydney. With construction now underway, they’re looking for a Project Manager to take the reins and drive the project from structure to final delivery.

This is a builder known for their clean delivery, strong systems, and supportive senior leadership. You’ll be joining a tight-knit project team with experienced site staff and trusted subcontractor relationships already in place.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery – program, budget, subcontractor management, safety, and quality
• Lead the coordination between site teams, consultants, architects, and senior stakeholders
• Ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements and design intent
• Manage reporting, forecasting, and risk across all project stages
• Lead client updates and maintain strong working relationships throughout the build
• Drive accountability, structure, and performance across the team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects $50M+ (ideally within aged care or high-rise resi)
• Previous work with Tier 2 commercial/resi builders
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and program delivery
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and maintain composure under pressure
• Collaborative communication style – confident managing clients, consultants, and subcontractors
