First Call Nursing is a compassionate provider of high quality in-home care and disability support services. We are committed to person-centred care, empowering individuals to live independently and with dignity. Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to support our operations, with a focus on NDIS related administration.

As our Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office, particularly around NDIS client administration. This is a varied role that includes working closely with case managers and support coordinator to ensure services run smoothly and in line with NDIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NDIS client records, service agreements, and documentation
• Process bookings and monitor service delivery in line with NDIS plans
• Submit claims through the NDIS MyPlace portal
• Respond to NDIS-related enquiries via phone and email
• General office duties including reception, filing, data entry, and scheduling

About You:

• Experience in an administrative or office support role
• Previous experience working with NDIS participants or providers is essential
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS service model, claims, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems (e.g. ShiftCare)
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Clear, professional communication skills and a team-first attitude

Salary based on experience.
