Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 160 properties, located just 10 minutes from the office
• End-to-end property management (no leasing, no accounts, no BDM)
• Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth property operations
• Handle maintenance and tenancy issues proactively
• Use of PropertyMe and Inspection Express for daily tasks and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Property Management
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Local knowledge of the area highly regarded
• Confident working autonomously but also values team collaboration
• Passionate, professional, and committed to delivering quality service
