Level 6 Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Point 1 – 3 depending on experience and qualifications of the level
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 10.00am to 3.00pm
· The Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of CCHAOSInc in line with established organisational policies & procedures, minimum standards and service agreement requirements.
· The Service Coordinator will understand the provisions of Community Housing, Homelessness service provision and other programs delivered by the organisation.
· The Service Coordinator will work with the Committee of Management and other workers to ensure that work conditions and environment are conducive a high standard of appropriate and effective services are provided to clients and community.
· The Service Coordinator will oversee finance expenses in line with delegated authority.
· The Service Coordinator will provide supervision and management of CCHAOSInc staff.
· The Service Coordinator is responsible for Case Management of people at risk of Homelessness and Homelessness Accommodation Tenants
· The Service Coordinator will oversee tenant and asset Management of tenants in homelessness, affordable and community housing.
. The Service Coordinator will assist in service delivery for Centrelink Agency, Emergency Relief and other funded programs and ensure appropriate data collection is completed.
· The Service Coordinator will work closely with the CCHAOSInc Foundations for a Solid Future project to meet the objectives and outcomes of the project.
