Mareeba Community Centre is seeking a compassionate, motivated Journey Coordinator to join our Mental Health Stepped Care team. Based in Mareeba, you'll help individuals access the right supports, build their capacity, and navigate their mental health journey.

What You'll Be Doing

· Support clients referred through Stepped Care using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach

· Coordinate care plans, referrals, and service transitions

· Work collaboratively across service networks to improve mental health outcomes

· Deliver support via face-to-face, outreach, and telehealth modes

What You’ll Need

· Diploma in Mental Health or Equivalent

· Current C-Class driver’s licence and Blue Card

· First Aid & CPR (or ability to obtain)

· Experience working in mental health or community services

· Strong communication and system navigation skills
