Make a Difference Every Day...
Deliver patient-centred, evidence-based coordination of cancer care services
Facilitate timely appointments, diagnostic testing, treatment, and continuity across care settings
Provide consistent education and support to patients and families throughout the care journey
Identify and mitigate barriers to care such as transport, cultural factors, or psychosocial stressors
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and oncology nurses to optimise outcomes
Support transitions into survivorship or end-of-life care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and service innovation

Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in oncology care and care coordination
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
