Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Bayside (Brighton Area), this role is based in gorgeous corporate offices.

The role will oversee the management of a prestige portfolio and is very relationship based, so would be ideal for those property manager's who love the client side of property management, particular as many of the clients are high-net-worth.

The position will join a great, experienced and friendly property management team, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year. With learning and development forming a big part of the office culture, as well as the wider network, this company provides a great long term opportunity.

The property managers are provided with plenty of support, from Leasing Consultants, Assistant Property Manager's and VA's and the role is offered Monday to Friday, with no Saturday's required.

The Property Management Department of 8 is headed up by a great Department Manager, always ready to assist and promote the team.

The ideal candidate will come from 3 to 4 years property management experience, great presentation and ready for their next career move with a genuinely lovely office and team.
