The agency is renowned for their portfolio of work with some of the biggest names in sports, fashion, and beauty, delivering high-impact projects that range from pop-ups and product launches to immersive activations and major sporting events.

Their recent growth, fueled by deepening client relationships and pitch wins, means they're expanding their team.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a senior figure within the agency's production team, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of their most significant projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end production of complex experiential projects.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Driving the continuous improvement of the agency's production processes, enhancing efficiency and quality.
• Mentoring and supporting a talented team of producers and coordinators, fostering their professional development.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an individual with a proven track record in experiential production and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences. Ideally, you'll possess:

• Extensive experience in experiential production, particularly with high-profile brands.
• A strong ability to lead projects independently and manage client relationships effectively.
• A proactive approach to process implementation and optimisation within a production environment.
• Demonstrated skills in team leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

The Essentials
Salary: circa $130,000 + super
Location: Central Sydney, supporting a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Travel: Project-based travel will be required, primarily between Sydney and Melbourne.
