ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re searching for an experienced and energetic Venue Manager to lead Gazi Sydney — taking full ownership of its people, product, and performance.

As a confident leader and sharp decision-maker, you’ll champion service excellence, team engagement, and seamless operational flow in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment.

You’ll be hands-on in shaping team culture, fine-tuning systems, and delivering the bold, unapologetic guest experience Gazi is known for. From managing the rhythm of the floor to keeping service sharp and consistent, you’ll set the tone every shift.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a confident, culturally switched-on hospitality leader who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to bring people together. You lead from the front, keep the vibe high, and never miss the details that elevate service from good to unforgettable.

You’ll bring:

· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Venue Manager in high-volume restaurants, bars, or clubs

· A proven track record on the floor strong presence, customer obsession, and instinct for great service

· Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset

· Quick thinking, reliability, and self-motivation under pressure

· A passion for positive, inclusive team culture and inspiring leadership

· Emotional intelligence and confidence that connects with both guests and team

· Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends

· A valid Australian work visa and current RSA

Bonus points if you’ve worked in Greek, Mediterranean, or music-driven venues and know how to make the floor move.
