About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Cabramatta store, ensuring high performance in customer service, team management, merchandising, and sales growth. This role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and can drive the store’s success through energy, initiative, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and visual merchandising

Achieve and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals

Maintain high store standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Develop rosters and manage staff scheduling to align with peak trading times

Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members

Monitor stock levels, process deliveries, and oversee accurate stocktaking

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and effectively

Ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar store management or assistant store manager role (2+ years preferred)

A confident leader with strong people management and interpersonal skills

Sales-focused with a passion for delivering an exceptional retail experience

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

A proactive problem solver with strong decision-making skills

Tech-savvy and experienced with POS systems, stock management tools, and rostering software

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and extended trading hours as required
