Client & Sales Associate - Reverse Mortgages

Double Bay, NSW | Full-time, In-Office | $65k-$80k + Bonus + ESOP Eligible

Are you someone with a kind heart and a confident phone manner? Do you love the idea of helping Australians over 55 live their best life - and have a spark for sales too?

Our client is a growing reverse mortgage lender redefining financial solutions for seniors. As the first voice clients hear, you'll offer patience, clarity, and confidence - guiding conversations that may be emotional but rewarding, all while supporting them through the application process.

What you'll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact - handle inbound calls, emails and web chats with empathy and professionalism.
• Help clients understand their options and guide them to the right product.
• Own the process - follow up leads, support the sales pipeline, and ensure applications move smoothly to settlement.
• Work alongside their Client Acquisition & Engagement team to build trust and grow relationships.

You'll bring:

• A genuine care for people and patience in sensitive conversations.
• A sales edge - you're not pushy, but you know how to move a conversation forward.
• Excellent communication skills, especially on the phone.
• Interest in finance and a desire to learn
