Your strength of skills and experience in employee relations is important since this is a core focus of the position at present.
It is important that you have a solid understanding of the Australian legislation and be able to guide managers and staff appropriately with the right course of action. Another important component is assisting with key metrics to help the business leaders identify any areas that need support. Your strong Excel knowledge will be helpful in order to draw the right information required. Your curious and investigative approach to your work will be helpful since you will be a partner to the business to help uplift capability and solve areas that need improvement. Solution focused, ability to draw patterns and do analysis, plus strong communication skills will all be valuable skills for this role.
