As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll be central to their ongoing success - leading recruitment, HRIS optimisation, training delivery, and workforce planning across the business.

About the Role

You'll partner with leaders across various locations to deliver proactive, high-impact HR support. This role involves:

• Driving recruitment: Manage end-to-end processes from briefing to onboarding and everything in between.
• Leading HR systems: Administer and enhance BambooHR, ensuring it supports the broader people strategy.
• Training & development: Coordinate and support staff training programs that build organisational capability.
• Workforce planning: Provide insights and analytic to inform strategic people decisions.
• Business partnering: Coach and advise managers on engagement, performance, compliance, and employee relations.

About You

You bring a confident, hands-on approach to HR and enjoy working closely with business leaders to create positive change. You have:

• Experience in a generalist HR or business partner role
• Strong experience in recruitment and onboarding
• Demonstrated capability with HRIS systems - BambooHR experience is a big plus
• A passion for learning and development with experience delivering or coordinating training
• Great communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• Solid knowledge of employment legislation and payroll-related processes
