Trainee Trainer - Baking, Bread, Cake & Pastry

Become a Baker Trainer, get your TAE and teach baking apprentices online and in the workplace

We are a leading industry RTO that delivers bakery apprenticeship training to leading brands in Australia. We train hundreds of apprentices per year to a high professional quality level.

Do you live in Melbourne? You will be required to deliver training online, on-the-job and trips to Gippsland every quarter. Apprentices will be situated mainly South East, East and Gippsland.

Have you a Certificate III in Baking, or Bread Baking, and or in Cake & Pastry with at least five years’ experience in a commercial bakery producing bread, cake and pastry. You must understand the complexity of your craft and be able to communicate professionally with employers, supervisors and apprentices.

You will work office hours under the direct supervision of a qualified Baker Trainer and qualify for your TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment at the same time.
