Drainpro, a fast-paced and growing plumbing and drainage company based in Melbourne, is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and wants to work with a business that values great service, teamwork, and results. You'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries—providing quotes, booking jobs, and ensuring a smooth experience from the first call to final job completion.

Rostered Hours:

Saturday & Sunday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Additional weekday hours may be offered based on business needs.

Training Period:

A paid 4-week training program will be scheduled on weekdays.

Trainees must be available for a minimum of 4 hours per day, with flexibility depending on availability.

What You'll Be Doing

* Answering incoming calls and providing professional customer support

* Responding to online enquiries and emails promptly

* Providing quotes and booking jobs using our internal systems

* Liaising with technicians to schedule and confirm appointments

* Accurately entering customer and job details into the system

What We're Looking For

* Previous customer service experience (call centre experience is a plus)

* A positive communicator who can build rapport and trust quickly

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure

* A solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, no-drama team
