A large FMCG have an urgent need for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to assist the Finance team, due to extended leave, based in Caboolture. You will be joining a fast paced team environment and will be offered training on the systems.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Entering and processing Sales Orders
• Matching Purchase Orders and processing invoices
• Banking, receipting and allocating of payments
• Dealing with customer queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Sales and Management reporting
• Ad hoc administration

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator
• Well developed communication and customer service skills
• A strong attention to detail
• Enjoys a role with variety and ability to pick up new systems
