About the Role

As an experienced Property Manager, you will take full ownership of a well-managed portfolio, supported by a dedicated team and streamlined systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

End-to-end portfolio management

Routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

Managing rent arrears and lease renewals

Maintenance coordination and landlord/tenant communication

Tribunal preparation and representation if required

Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants

Using industry-leading technology and systems for efficiency

What You’ll Need

Minimum 12 months’ experience in Property Management

Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)

Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

Strong time management, communication, and conflict resolution skills

A passion for property and delivering service excellence
