About the Role:

I'm seeking a Senior ICT Procurement Specialist to lead the end-to-end procurement process for ICT goods and services as part of a significant cyber uplift initiative. Working within a collaborative team, you'll manage complex tenders, develop procurement strategies, and ensure compliance with policy frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review ICT procurement strategies, RFx documentation, and evaluation plans.
• Oversee the tendering process, ensure probity, manage information flow, and facilitate tender evaluations.
• Identify procurement risks and recommend effective management strategies.
• Work closely with finance and ICT teams to ensure alignment of procurement outcomes with organisational goals.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end ICT procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of procurement policy and governance frameworks.
• Experience preparing high-quality RFx documentation and tender evaluations.
• Experience within NSW Government ICT procurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with the Core&/ICTA contracting framework and navigating nsw.buy.gov.au.
• Knowledge of ICT goods/services categories and associated risks.
• Collaborative, results-driven, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
