Skills and experience

• Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing of complex ICT procurements in a government organisation or a similar regulatory environment.
• Experience collaborating with project teams and business stakeholders to meet time, cost and quality outcomes within organisational policy and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge and understanding of ICT goods/services categories and the associated procurement and contract management risks.
• Background in NSW Government ICT procurement (end-to-end tendering and contracting), including identification and management of procurement risks.
• Good working knowledge of the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, including knowledge/experience using/navigating nsw.buy.gov.au
• Experience working with the Core&/ICTA contracting framework.

Role#2

• Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, systems and performance management frameworks for all procurement-related activity to ensure a high level of professional practice and deliver compliant, effective and efficient procurement outcomes.
• Extensive experience operating within the NSW Government Procurement Framework.
• Previous experience in writing procurement policy, frameworks, guidelines and user guides.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in procurement policy & processes, procurement risk identification and management, and strategic procurement Leadership.
