Moody Law is an independent, boutique law firm based at Milsons Point. We have a proud reputation of acting for and protecting the rights of people and helping survivors of historical child abuse in personal injury claims.
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Office Assistance to help our team with day-to-day tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
This role is a full-time role 8am to 5pm, however hours may be negotiated for the ideal candidate. Our office is close to public transport and is a workplace that recognises the importance of a healthy work/life balance.
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following attributes:
· Excellent phone manner
· Communication skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft suite
· Focus on delivery and getting things done
· A ‘roll up your sleeves’ and proactive approach to duties
· Attention to detail
· Highly organised
· An understanding of Xero or similar financial software programs will be highly desirable
The role includes:
· Support of the Principal with personal travel and ad hoc tasks as required
· Meet and greet clients
· Answering incoming phone calls
· Management of incoming and outgoing mail
· Finance related tasks including reconciliations and basic banking payments
