Your Property Investor is a unique property company on the Sunshine Coast focusing on finding the best investment properties in QLD for our clients to buy.

Unlike selling real estate, there's no "prospecting" no door knocking, no letterbox drops. Our buyers are lining up for help and we get the pleasure of going shopping for them.

Responsibilities:

This is a sales-based role. You will be required to sell our services to prospective buyers, on-board new leads and then transact on property.

You will need intimate knowledge of real estate, QLD legislation, property research and negotiation skills.

You will be dealing with selling agents day-to-day so you will need to have high level of industry understanding and build good relationships.

You will be managing a pipeline of finance-ready buyers to help place them into the right investment property or home.

Minimum Requirements to apply for this role:

Minimum 2-years in a property sales-based role (Selling Agent or Buyers Agent)

Must hold a current Real Estate licence

Local to the Sunshine Coast and have great knowledge of the region.

Have a good work ethic and ambitious personal and professional goals.

Driver's license and a car.

Above average presentation and customer service skills.

BONUS: if you have personally had success in real estate investment and managing your own portfolio this will be looked at highly.

Working Hours:

Full-time role including Saturdays.

Significant income potential… this role has previously achieved $200,000+ inside of 1-2 years.

OTE for first year is $130,000+
