Business Analysts (x2) – Digital Banking Transformation
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Rate: up to $900 inclusive super
Contract: 6 months + extensions

We’re hiring 2 x experienced Business Analysts to join a major digital banking transformation program with one of Australia’s leading financial institutions. These are hands-on roles in a high-impact team delivering customer-centric, tech-driven banking solutions.

About the Program:
This is a large-scale overhaul of digital banking services — focused on simplicity, automation, and personalised experiences. The program includes the rollout of new digital-first banking products and the build of a modern, cloud-first platform inspired by fintech best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work directly with Product Owners and delivery teams
• Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, diagrams, and user journey maps
• Align analysis activities to agile delivery roadmaps

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong BA experience within major banking/digital programs
• Previous experience with large Australian banks is essential ANZ or NAB preferred
• Candidates with prior experience in high-impact digital initiatives will be prioritised
• Able to operate autonomously in fast-paced, agile environments
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder skills
