About the role

As an Account Executive (Corporate) at Westminster Coverforce, you will play a key role in helping our corporate clients manage their insurance needs. Based in our Northbridge, WA office, this is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career progression within our dynamic and growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients across a diverse range of industries

Providing tailored advice and solutions to help clients optimise their insurance arrangements, Analysing client needs, negotiating policy terms and conditions, and facilitating the placement of appropriate coverage

Delivering exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries and requests

Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of our corporate client portfolio

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and product developments

Collaborating with our underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless policy administration

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar account executive or broker role within the insurance industry

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address the risk management needs of corporate clients

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

Thorough knowledge of insurance products, policies, and the regulatory environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service

Tier 1 minimum qualification is an absolute necessity
