If you are a skilled and experienced joinery installer with enthusiasm and the right attitude, Dream Doors would like to hear from you.

Duties will include, but not be limited to the following duties;

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Oversee multiple sites across Perth, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Program Management: Coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Be proficient in cad software. Mozaik expereince highly regarded.
Trade Coordination: Efficiently manage tradesmen and installations, ensuring precision and quality.
Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards and provide detailed reporting.
Client Liaison: Foster strong client relationships and communicate project progress effectively.
Progress Reporting: Keep stakeholders informed through regular reporting.
Project Variety: Supervise private and builder projects, showcasing your diverse skills.
Hands-On: Be ready to step in and pick up the tools to complete tasks as needed. Assisting other installers on site where required

Must be ready to learn new and alternative skills all the time and share knowledge, be ready for frequent training to adhere to the Dream Doors methods and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Joinery & Fitout Experience: Recent experience in joinery and residential fitout works is essential.
Commuinication Skills: Demonstrate excellent project management and leadership abilities.
Communication: Strong communication skills are a must for client and team interactions.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team.
Efficiency and Organization: Maintain high levels of efficiency and organization, setting an example for others.
Industry Knowledge: Possess essential knowledge of the joinery industry.
Cabinet Maker Experience: Hands-on experience as a cabinet maker is crucial.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer usage and email communication is required.
